Stick Man lives in a tree with his family and one day he goes for a walk and animals and people mistake him as a normal stick.  But he is not a normal stick because he is alive and lives with his wife and three Stick children.  Stick Man gets lost and he ends up in a house in a chimney over Christmas and is rescued by Father Christmas.  He takes Stick Man back to his family with his sleigh and he is thrilled to be back with his family.

I really love this book because it includes all seasons and it is adventurous.   The pictures are eye catching and funny, and the words are simple to understand.  Sebastian liked the story of how the Stick Man had so many experiences.
